Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

🛍️ Order Policy

1. Order Placement & Cancellation
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • If your article has not yet been shipped, cancellation may be accepted up to 48 hours after order placement.
  • Once the parcel is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Payment Options
We offer secure and convenient payment methods across Pakistan:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – You may open the parcel only after payment.
  • Online Bank Transfer
  • Visa / MasterCard / Debit & Credit Cards

All online payments are processed through secure and verified payment gateways.

3. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen weather or courier issues, but our team will keep you updated in such cases.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the day of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or wrong product.
  • The product is in unused and original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Please note:

  • If the parcel has been opened after delivery, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • “Change of mind” returns are not accepted.
  • Minor differences in color due to screen or lighting variations are not considered a defect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or Clearance Sale products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Ship the product back to our warehouse via any courier service at your own expense.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, if it meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed within 7–15 working days (excluding weekends and courier delays).

Refunds are made directly to your bank account, after deducting the delivery charges.

4. Defective Product Replacement
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please share a video proof with our support team.
After verification, you’ll be asked to return the article via courier, and we’ll send a replacement once it’s received and checked.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Returned items must be in their original box, tags, and packaging.
  • Shoes showing any signs of wear, dirt, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to reject any claim that doesn’t meet the policy criteria.
